Rick is a great guy. The work from his tech was of extremely high quality and the warranty is great. The issue is resolved and I feel good about the long term integrity of my roof. Above all, when some things didn’t go as planned, Rick visited my home and made the situation right. Not much more you can ask for from a roofing/service company.
Rick was incredibly responsive and quickly had his team out at my house, inspected the roof completely (not just the problem area) for $79 and quoted me much less than other companies. The work was done quickly and on time.

Very professional. Finished the job in a timely manner, and sent pictures and videos the same day. Repair made the roof like as if it is brand new. And the contract was within the budget. And most importantly finally i found a roof contractor that picked up the phone when you call him. I will use his services again when i needed.

I moved to my current house a little over 5 years ago and had not been able to find the right contractor to help me with different repairs, including roof repairs. I was recently referred to Rick by one of his previous clients who was happy with an insurance claim that he helped her with and replaced her roof. He inspected my roof and found that there was no storm damage and advised to only perform roof maintenance because the roof still has considerable life left in it. My insurance carrier wanted me to replace the roof, which caused a lot of stress for me. I ended up getting Rick to perform maintenance on the roof and now we are getting a different policy having the peace of mind that I don’t need to replace the roof. And I am extremely happy with the work done and will referred him to all my friends and family. I planned to used him in the future for all my roofing and home improvement needs
Rick Pesquera and CM Roofing Pros replaced my 20 year old roof. The house has a fairly complex roof line and being 20 years old the decking had places where it was damaged and leaking. They took their time and replaced the decking and the flashing. The roof replacement took a little longer ( we also lost a day to rain) but it was done in a thorough and professional manner. Good job.

Rick, owner of CM Roofing Pros, is an honest professional and a gentleman. I was concerned that my roof had damage. Rick took the time to explain to me how his business works and the procedures they use to determine what a roof needs and, if possible, how they utilize the homeowner's insurance to help pay for repairs. After inspecting my roof, Rick assured me that my roof had little to no problems and would be good for another 7 to 10 years (unless a storm caused new damage). I know Rick is honest. It cost me nothing to have an honest professional inspect my roof. It cost him time and money to travel to and perform the inspection. What a great value to homeowners in the Houston area! Rick has been extremely responsive to all questions always prompt and professional. My roof was repaired in less than 24 after the inspection. The repair was 75% less expensive than another quote I received. I would definitely do business with them in the future.
I was referred to Rick at CM Roofing Pros from a neighbor who had used them. We contacted them to get an estimate on some hail damage. Rick and his crew did everything in a timely fashion, but the entire process took a while because we had to deal with the insurance company, but thankfully with Rick's help he got the necessary steps taken care of and the approval to get started with the repairs. We contacted CM Roofing originally to do a quote on our roof because it was 15 years old and was in need of some repairs. We then had a big storm which created some leaks so at that point we decided we had to get it repaired. We called Rick and he took care of it from there and clearly presented all of our options and explained everything and also helped work with our insurance. He discussed with us the shingle choices, the colors and after making our selection we watched them put up the roof in two days. It was a great experience and we were very satisfied. We were one of the many who were unfortunately affected by the freeze and storm Texas experienced in February. The damage to our roof appeared to come from the hail that hit it. We called CM Roofing Pros and they promptly came with a good-sized work crew. They estimated it would take two days, and even though we had even more rain during those days, they were still able to finish the job on time. Their experience and knowledge showed, and they resolved any concerns I may have had. The completed work was of a high standard, as well as done for a great price. One of the workers also took the time to explain how to make a claim with my insurance company which was very helpful. It was overall a very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend CM Roofing Pro's to others.

Called Rick while absolute chaos was going on in the city. I had a business that had copper piping bust in multiple spots and I needed to get back up and running as quickly as possible. He was able to get his guys out there not only that day, but at night! AFTER working on residential homes. AND.....the following night to finish up! That’s customer service right there. His guys were awesome. Friendly, and very professional. They stayed late into the night to make sure there were no other problems so I was able to open back up the next morning. Highly recommend for sure
CM Roofing Pros did an excellent job on my solar attic fan install. The installers were very professional and did a great job. I had noticed some mold growing in the summer time due to a lack of ventilation in my attic. It was an easy fix with CM Roofing Pros!
CM Roofing finished a repair for us recently which included replacing the roof vent over our patio, replacing the patio shingles, and then patching the patio ceiling. They were punctual, polite and cleaned up all debris. The texture for the ceiling patch matches the existing texture flawlessly! Pricing was fair based on other quote that I received too.
