Roof replacement and non existent gutters installation

Recently we undertook a complete roof replacement using TAMKO Titan XT shingles. We also installed new gutters and downspouts, addressing the absence of drainage systems and ensuring robust protection against storm damage. Additionally, we replaced rotted decking and damaged plywood, resealed accessories, and added ridge vents and caps for enhanced ventilation.
